Stadium Stomp returns to the SCG on Sunday, 11 July.
Participants will climb their way up, down and around the bays of the SCG, in this 6,700-stair challenge (short course option also available).
There will be rest stops (pick a seat!), drink stations and music to keep Stompers focused and pumped.
Plus, all participants finish with a lap of the hallowed turf and a shiny finisher’s medal.
Get ready Sydney! There are course options for everyone, from beginner stair climbers to super-fit athletes looking for a serious challenge.
The new full course has 6,700 stairs, the short course has 4,000 stairs and Stomp Unlimited allows participants to complete as many laps as they can – the record is yet to be set on our new course!
Participants choose their own start time. The first wave is 8.00am and then they’re every 15 minutes after that until 11.00am.
Anyone 12 years and older can enter, with a team or as an individual. Stadium Stomp welcomes Black Dog Institute as our national Charity Partner in 2021 and participants are encouraged to make every step count and fundraise for this amazing charity. By supporting the Black Dog Institute as part of Stadium Stomp, it’s your opportunity to show those living with mental illness that they’re not alone.
Fundraising will support research into early detection, prevention and treatment of mental health disorders, as well as funding vital support services for those most at risk. If you’re looking for something different for your next fitness challenge, something other than a fun run or bruising obstacle race, look no further than the ultimate stair climb, Stadium Stomp
