How do I renew my membership?

You can renew your membership using a credit card or BPay option by clicking here.

Members can pay in person at the Match Day Office located on Driver Ave at Gate A at the SCG between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday or on event days from 30 minutes prior to gate opening.

What is my membership number?

Your membership number can be found on your member card underneath your photo.

How do I log on to the member portal?

Members can log in to the Member Portal. Additional login information can be found here.

Will I receive a sporting diary?

Members who pay their subscription fees by 16 October will receive a diary by the first week in December.

How do I update my contact details?

Is there a fee to order replacement cards?

There is a $30 fee to replace SCG or Gold membership card/s and a $50 fee to replace Platinum membership cards.

Are there dress regulations for members at the SCG?

It is the responsibility of the member to ensure their guests are provided with all relevant information. This includes dress regulations, card usage and behaviour while attending events at the SCG.

Can I give my membership cards to guests if I am not attending the event?

SCG and Gold members can give guest and/or club cards to guests if they are not in attendance. The club card holders must attend with the member or the guest card holder. Club cards are complimentary cards and are not admitted to all events.

Please check the website for club card access for each event by clicking here.

SCG and Gold member cards (with photo) are not transferable and only the member can use this card for access. Platinum members can give all cards to guests regardless of whether the member is in attendance.

What should I do if I forget my membership cards on an event day?

Members who attend an event and don’t have their membership cards can visit the Match Day Office at Gate A at the SCG.

Temporary day passes will be issued to the Member for that event. Please note that if your cards have been lost you will need to apply for a replacement card/s. Temporary member passes will only be provided as a once off service.

It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that their guests present to the event with a guest and/or club cards as temporary day passes will not be provided to any person other than the member.

Can I purchase additional member tickets for events?

You can purchase additional member day passes for events by clicking here and click on ‘day pass and reserved seat’ option at the top once logged in.

Tickets purchased through the portal are emailed directly to your registered email address.

Additional day passes are also available on the day of the event from the Match Day Office located at Gate A at the SCG.

Can I purchase reserved seats in the members area for events?

Reserved seating is available for all events and is located on Level 2 of the MA Noble Stand. The cost is $13 per seat for all events (International Cricket matches cost $25 per seat).

Reserved seats for the International cricket season including Test Match, T20 and ODI internationals will go on sale through the member portal in October. Full details and confirmed dates will be emailed to members by the end of September.

Can I purchase reserved seats in a group to be seated with other members?

A group can be set up in the ticketing portal to allow members to book seats and be allocated together.

What is the location of reserved seating in the Members area?

Reserved seating for International cricket is allocated in level 2 and level 4 of the MA Noble Stand. The lower level of the Members Pavilion is reserved for 50/70 Year members and is allocated via a ballot process.

For all other events reserved seating is allocated on Level 2 of the MA Noble stand.

redevelopment?

Do I have reciprocal rights at other venues?

The SCG has reciprocal arrangements with Interstate and Overseas grounds.

When are the annual subscription fees due?

Annual subscription fees are due by 16 October. Payments made after this date will incur a $75 additional fee. Members will receive a renewal email advice from 3 September 2019.
